Our mission is to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically uninsured that live in Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties.

The purpose of the services provided is to empower the individual and family to reach optimal health and be productive citizens.

The ultimate goal of the clinic is to reduce health disparity and costs in these counties.

Objectives

To create a healthcare delivery system for the uninsured and to provide primary healthcare services to the uninsured and low income population (200% below poverty level) at no cost.
To develop an appropriate specialty care referral system for free clinic referrals.
To be a medical home for the clients
To provide education emphasizing prevention and promotion of health to clients with chronic diseases
